The brilliant lyrics, in reminiscence to the waggishly notes by Wilhelm Busch, indicate a
critical aspect of understanding with the meaning of the slogan
"higher, quicker and further".
She is contributing to the daily madness and the usual compartmentalizing: to catalog and
classify everything and everyone. You shouldn’t take it too serious, because there is
always a wink in the verse with her cheerful nature and her very special kind of fun.
Often we hear a kind of counter tenor voice, which we have sometimes noticed with
Zarah Leander, Hildegard Knef or Gudrun Gut.
Unbelievable though , that this is an announcement for the debut album, named
Alternativlos.
Invasion Of Female Logic ist das Electro-Projekt von Petra Kutschera.
Musikalische Vorbilder der Frontfrau sind hörbar Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk,
And One, Neu, Frozen Ducks und The Klinik. Petras markant tiefe Stimmlage
erinnert an Zarah Leander, Hildegard Knef oder Gudrun Gut.
Und doch bietet das Debut-Album Alternativlos eine erfrischende Mischung
völlig eigenständiger Kreationen zwischen Synthpop und post-EBM. Das Tanzbein
wippt zu den 13 Perlen unablässig im Takt.
Die sowohl englischen als auch deutschen Texte bewegen sich auf gekonnt
bissig-satirischem Niveau, dem tagtäglichen Wahnsinn wird mit einem
Augenzwinkern der Spiegel vorgehalten.
Handwerklich bewegt sich Petra Kutschera hier auf einem Niveau, dass es schwer
fällt zu glauben, dass es sich bei Alternativlos wirklich um ihr Debut-Album
handeln soll. Allerdings ist Invasion Of Female Logic eben das aktuelle
musikalische Projekt einer hyperaktiven Künstlerin, welche auch mit Hierphon,
The X, Industrial Ferret, Cyber [S]ain't, Y-Orbit, Industrial Organisation und
weiteren in Kooperation steht.
Compilation-Beiträge von Invasion Of Female Logic waren bis dato auf:
"Underground Industrial Movement", "Free Tibet Free", "NAR-Goth`N`Tronic",
"Net.Ware Delight" und "Net.Ware Etronics".
Im September dieses Jahr wird es noch einen Beitrag auf der "Work Hard"
Compilation geben.
Remixe von IOFL werden auf folgenden kommenden Albums der Bands “Impurfekt”
“Muscles On The Move”, “Industrial Ferret”, und “Akalotz” zu hören sein.
Es ist Zeit Invasion Of Female Logic im Morgenrot der aktuellen Independent-Musikszene
zu begrüßen, ein erfrischendes Debüt ohne Klischee und Schwulst, ohne geheuchelte
Erotik oder verquaster Attitüde.
